Delivery & Shipping Policy | 配送与运费政策

1. What are the delivery options? | 提供哪些配送方式？

We provide Express Shipping to West and East Malaysia via Poslaju.
我们通过 Poslaju 提供寄送至西马与东马的快速配送服务。

2. How long will my order take to be mailed out? | 我的订单多久会寄出？

  • For ready stock orders, parcels will be shipped within 2–5 working days after payment is verified.
    现货订单将在付款确认后2–5个工作日内寄出。

  • For preorder items, shipping will be within 4–5 weeks or based on the ETA (estimated time of arrival) stated.
    预购商品将在约4–5周内或依据所列预计到货时间寄出。

📦 Shipping is carried out on Monday to Thursday (excluding weekends & public holidays).
📦 寄件时间为每周一至四（不含周末及公共假期）。

  • If an order contains both ready stock and preorder items, we will assume you agree to wait for all items to be shipped together once preorder arrives.
    若订单包含现货与预购商品，我们将视为您同意等预购商品到货后一起发货。

❗ If you prefer the ready stock to be shipped first, please place a separate order (additional postage will apply).
❗ 若您希望现货先行寄出，请分开下单（需支付两次运费）。

3. How long will the parcel take to reach me? | 我的包裹需要多久才能收到？

  • West Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
    西马：寄出后预计1–3个工作日内送达。

  • East Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch.
    东马：寄出后预计2–5个工作日内送达。

4. Where can I find my tracking number? | 如何查询我的物流单号？

You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel is shipped. You can also view it in your Order History by logging into your account.
包裹寄出后，您将收到一封包含物流信息的电子邮件，或可在账户中的订单记录查看物流单号。

5. What is the shipping cost? | 运费是多少？

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
运费将依据包裹重量与地址在结账时自动计算。

参考运费如下：

  • West Malaysia: RM10 per order (flat rate)
    **西马：**每单 RM10（统一收费）

  • East Malaysia: RM21 for the first kg (weight-based)
    **东马：**首1公斤 RM21（按重量计费）

🚚 In the event of a bounced parcel due to unsuccessful delivery, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
🚚 如因投递失败导致包裹被退回，重新寄送费用由客户承担。

6. Do you ship internationally & what are the shipping charges? | 是否支持国际配送？运费如何计算？

7. Will I be charged import duties? | 我需要支付进口税吗？

For international orders, the shipping fee does not include import duties or taxes.
国际订单的运费不含任何关税或进口税。

Any such charges will be collected by the courier or customs when the parcel arrives in your country.
相关费用将由快递公司或海关在包裹抵达时向您收取，此部分费用不由我们控制。

8. What happens if my parcel is bounced back? | 包裹被退回怎么办？

If your parcel is bounced due to unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • Re-delivery cost will be borne by the customer
    客户需承担重新寄送费用

  • If the parcel remains unclaimed after 60 days, it will be forfeited without compensation
    包裹若在60天（2个月）内无人认领，将视为自动放弃，恕不赔偿

All parcels require a signature upon receipt. Please track your shipment once mailed.
所有包裹需签收，请在包裹寄出后主动查询物流状态。

If delivery fails, you may contact the shipping provider for re-delivery or self-collection at the post office.
如投递失败，您可联系物流公司安排重新投递或至指定邮局自取。

Unclaimed parcels will be returned to us after 5–7 working days.
包裹若5–7个工作日内未被领取，将被退回寄件方。
