To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our skincare products, we regret to inform you that all purchases of skincare and cosmetic items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used, except under the following conditions:

为保障护肤品的安全与卫生，所有护肤及美妆产品一经开封或使用后，我们将不接受退换货或退款，除非符合以下情况：

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product
  收到的商品与订单不符

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  商品在收到时破损或存在质量问题

• The item is past its expiry date upon delivery
  商品在发货时已超过保质期

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 3 working days after receiving the item

• Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) and photos of the product condition must be provided

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

We recommend conducting a patch test before using any skincare products.
