1. Orders & Payments / 订单与付款

  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
    一旦订单确认后，无法更改。

  • All prices are fixed, non-negotiable, and shown in MYR unless otherwise stated.
    所有商品价格为固定价，不议价，除非另有说明，均以马币（MYR）结算。

  • All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged after payment is made.
    所有订单一经付款即为最终交易，恕不接受取消、退款或更换。

  • Adding items to the cart does not guarantee availability. Items are only secured upon successful payment.
    将商品加入购物车并不等于购买成功，商品仅在成功付款后才会保留库存。

2. Product Details & Defects 商品描述与非瑕疵说明

  • Product images may slightly differ due to lighting or screen settings. These are not considered defects.
    商品照片可能因拍摄灯光、显示设备而与实物略有差异，此类情况不属于商品瑕疵。

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions, but do not guarantee all content to be 100% error-free.
    我们致力于提供准确商品资讯，但不保证所有信息绝对无误。

3. Shipping & Delivery 发货与配送

  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout and not included in item prices.
    所有配送费用在结账时计算，不含在商品售价中。

  • Local shipping via Poslaju (Malaysia).
    本地订单使用 Poslaju 派送（仅限马来西亚）。

  • Once a tracking number is issued, parcel liability shifts to the courier. We are not responsible for lost parcels if proof of postage is provided.
    一旦提供快递单号，包裹责任由第三方物流承担。若能提供发货凭证，我们将不对遗失包裹负责。

  • We will assist with claims as best as possible.
    若有需要，我们将协助与物流公司进行索赔沟通。

4. International Orders 国际订单

  • Import duties, taxes, or custom charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer upon parcel arrival.
    国际订单如产生任何关税或进口费用，由收件人自行承担。

5. Failed Delivery / Bounced Parcels 退回包裹处理

  • Redelivery costs due to bounced parcels must be borne by the customer.
    因地址错误或无人签收导致的退回包裹，重寄费用由客户承担。

  • Bounced parcels unclaimed after 60 days will be forfeited with no compensation.
    包裹如超过60天无人认领，将视为放弃处理，不予赔偿。

6. Policy Updates 政策变更

  • UT Labs reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check back regularly.
    UT Labs 有权在无需提前通知的情况下随时修改本条款。建议您定期查阅更新内容。
